In 1933 Colin Rushmere started his practice and not long thereafter was joined by Issie Noach. The firm became known as Rushmere Noach. For the past 75 years the historical area of Central has been the home of the Company, but recently in a business move Rushmere Noach Incorporated left behind a legacy and re-located to the commercial hub of Port Elizabeth with their new premises located at Ascot Office Park in the Greenacres area.

Rushmere Noach Incorporated boasts a staff compliment of approximately 55 people, together with 7 Directors and several other professional staff members. The Company, which celebrated its 75th birthday in August 2008, offers a wide range of services, including Property and Conveyancing, Deceased and Insolvent Estates, Commercial law, Litigation and Credit Management.
